He found me even tho I was out of milage range on dating app. We met at Colton's steak house in Harrison AR as I was coming home from taking my daughter to college. Once he stepped out of his truck in his cowboy boots I knew he was the one. I love the way he walked, talked, laughed and how he looked at me. He proposed to me after a few months of dating. He invited our daughters on a camping trip and proposed on one knee in front of a burning fire as we roasted marshmallows with Bethany and Caitlyn watching. I respect him. He is a gentlemen and opens my door for me. He is strong, smart and my strength when I need it. I prayed for him! We travel the world and have great adventures together. He beats me playing cards every once in a while. Looking forward to our future as we plan what is next. Happy 5th wedding anniversary with more to come.

[Verse 1] I remember the day we first met, Colton's Steak House in Harrison, can't forget, I was coming back from dropping Bethany off, And you stepped out in boots that I love. [Verse 2] Oh, you found me past the distance on a screen, But cowboy, you were everything I'd dreamed, The way you walked and looked my way, I knew right then, you were meant to stay. [Chorus] With cowboy boots and a gentle smile, You stole my heart and made it worthwhile, From travels to the cards we play, Happy anniversary, here's to us today. [Verse 3] On a camping trip, firelight in our eyes, you went down on one knee, a sweet surprise, Bethany and Caitlyn watched on with glee, As you asked me, "Will you marry me?" [Verse 4] You're my strength and my prayer come true, A gentleman who always opens my door too, Across the world, hand in hand we roam, Building dreams, making every place our home. [Chorus] With cowboy boots and a gentle smile, You stole my heart and made it worthwhile, From travels to the cards we play, Happy anniversary, here's to us today. [Bridge] Five years gone by, and many more to see, Planning our future, just you and me, Adventures await, as we travel and explore, Together, forever, I couldn't ask for more. [Chorus] With cowboy boots and a gentle smile, You stole my heart and made it worthwhile, From travels to the cards we play, Happy anniversary, here's to us today.

3The song

Country, celebratory, duet, 3:14 long. The customer heard a preview before paying, then received this as an MP3. It is one of the anniversary songs we have made.

Why this one works

She wrote the whole arc in one paragraph: the dating app that should not have matched them, the steak house, the boots, the campfire proposal with both daughters watching. The lyrics keep the place names and the boots in the first verse and save the proposal for the bridge. A duet was the right call for a song about a family that formed around two people.

This was an unexpected surprise for my husband. We were just having a good conversation and I asked him if he would he listen to something and then give me his opinion? He said sure. It all happened from there . He wiped tears through the whole song. I am very pleased. I don’t think I could have given him a better 50th anniversary gift. Thank you for helping me with this keepsake! He will always have it to listen to! You’re the best ❤️

BeatJar was so easy to use and the final result was wonderful. I did a song for my husband for our 26th wedding anniversary. I played it in the car & as soon as he heard a few personal & familiar words he stopped and looked at me & his expression was priceless. I would definitely do it again.

I wasn’t sure at first, how my husband would react. We got into the car, i started to play it and turned the volume up. The first few lyrics it made him think and realized that the song was about us. All those feelings we felt back then came to life again. My husband said “ it was the best gift ever”.

The song I chose for our 30th wedding anniversary to my husband was just amazing. It was delivered in 24hrs as expected. It told our story like I wanted and included words that were so romantic. My husband’s face said it all. It bought a tear to his eye. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a heartfelt song for their loved ones.

I have been wanting to get one of these songs for my husband and finally decided to do it for our 41st wedding anniversary. I chose BeatJar for the affordable price and the fact that I had several opportunities to edit the song throughout the process. If I want to I can even go back and edit it now after I have already shared it with my husband! I found BeatJar very user friendly and Erik, the owner, very kind and reachable. I would highly recommend them. I chose an acoustic soulful song with a female singer and it was an absolute perfect combination! I will definitely use them again.

This year is our 28th wedding anniversary and my husband discovered BearJar on social media and we decided it sounded like a novel gift idea. We were not prepared for just HOW perfect it was going to turn out. We have been crying like babies shamelessly. The lyrics and rhythm just captured our story so perfectly!!! And now it’s OUR song forever! Thank you! I pray that you keep spreading joy and love…especially in these times. Keep up the great work guys! Bless.
