Walking through a Songs by Sophie order
Their builder has five short steps: who the song is for, a name, a vibe and genre, what makes the person special, and optional memories. The last step asks for your email, and the preview lands there. Delivery takes one hour by the builder's promise, while other pages say up to 24 hours. You need no card until you decide to pay.
What you pay stays a mystery. We read the home page, FAQ, terms, refund policy, privacy policy, occasion pages and the builder, and found no price or add-on list. Trustpilot reviewers mention figures, but we skip them because the site publishes none.
Your refund and revision rights shift when you download. Sophie's own words below show where.
