Open your song delivery email and tap Revise. Genre, Song Style and Vocalist are dropdowns. To change the words, tap the blue Edit Lyrics button, make your edits, then Done Editing. Tap Review Changes, then the purple Start Revision button at the bottom. Revisions are free and unlimited. Any change to the lyrics, genre, style or vocalist re-records the whole song, so make one change per revision and download the version you like before starting the next one.

Your song is sung from the lyrics, not the story. The story is only the inspiration we use to write the lyrics, so changing it on its own does not change the song. Either edit the lyrics directly with Edit Lyrics, or update the story and press Rewrite from the new story on the revision page.

The revision form has a Pronunciation guide. Type the name and how it should sound, for example Siobhan as shi-VAWN, or press Get AI Help. Then Review Changes and Start Revision.

On your order page, use the grey Back button with the left arrow at the bottom. It takes you to the lyrics step, where the small edit button beside Want changes? lets you rewrite the words. Press Save Changes underneath, nothing saves without it. Going further back changes the story, genre or vocalist. A changed story rewrites the lyrics over your hand edits, so make hand edits last.

Usually the form was not submitted at the bottom. Open the revision link again, make the change, tap Review Changes, then Start Revision. You will see a Revision In Progress card and get an email. One revision runs at a time, and it takes the same delivery window as your original order. If that window has passed with nothing, message us below.

Nothing is lost, every version is kept. Message us below with which version you want back and we switch it.

The delivery time you chose is in your order confirmation: Standard (within 24 hours) or Express (within 1 hour) of payment. That window is a promise, not an estimate, so a Standard song can arrive at any point inside the 24 hours. You get an email the moment it is ready, and the song also appears on your song page.

First check spam and, on Gmail, the Promotions tab, then search your inbox for BeatJar. Your order confirmation email has a link to your song page, and the song shows up there the moment it is ready, so you never depend on the delivery email. If the promised time has passed and the song page still shows nothing, message us below and we check your order straight away.

On iPhone, open the Files app, then Downloads, under On My iPhone or iCloud Drive. On Android, open the Files app, then Downloads. You can download the song again from your song page at any time, the link never expires.

Message us below with the address you used and the correct one. We move the order over, resend the confirmation, and include the direct link so nothing waits on email.

No. Everything is digital and goes to you, the buyer, never to the recipient, so nothing spoils the surprise. You get an MP3 to download and a private song page you can share by link.

Nothing is wrong with your card. Your bank runs an extra security check on online purchases, and when that check does not complete, the charge never reaches the bank. Try, in this order: 1. Apple Pay or Google Pay, which usually skips the check. 2. With a card, keep the page open when the bank prompt appears and finish the approval without closing or refreshing. 3. A different card, prepaid cards fail often. Your order is saved exactly as you left it, so open it again from your email and try once more.

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. PayPal is not available. It is a one-time payment, nothing is stored to bill you later.

Yes, prices are US dollars, shown as US$. If you pay from another country, your bank converts at its own rate and may add a small fee, which is why the statement can differ slightly from the price. US customers see sales tax added at checkout.

On the payment page, not the order form. Look for the small Add discount code link near the order total and enter it before you press pay. If you paid before adding it, message us below with the code.

Each charge is a separate order, and each one is produced as its own song. Message us below and tell us which one you are keeping, and we refund the others.

Yes. On the lyrics step of the order form, edit the draft or paste your own into the Lyrics field, which is sung word for word. Anything in the Story field is inspiration and gets rewritten into lyrics.

Yes. There is no language setting: write your story in the language you want and the lyrics and vocals come out in that language. Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and most other major languages are supported.

No need to pay early. Your order stays saved, and Standard delivery lands inside 24 hours, so paying a day or two before the occasion is fine. Download the MP3 for the day, the link never expires.

Send the song page link by text or WhatsApp, it never expires. Or press Download under the player and send the MP3 the way you would send a photo. Facebook does not take MP3 uploads, so paste the song page link there instead.

Not to the public catalog, but to your own library, yes. Spotify: in the desktop app go to Settings, turn on Show Local Files, add the folder with the MP3, then find it under Your Library, Local Files. Phones need Premium and the same Wi-Fi as the computer. Apple Music: on a computer choose File, Add to Library, then turn on Sync Library on your iPhone.

If it stops at the same point from a downloaded copy, the download was partial: play it from your song page, and if that plays through, delete the copies and download again on Wi-Fi. Clicks are usually Bluetooth, try wired headphones or the phone speaker. No sound at all: check the media volume and whether audio is going to headphones or the car. Still wrong? Message us below and we check the file.

On your song page, below the player, free. If you want them printed, the Keepsake Lyric Sheet is a frameable PDF with a scan-to-listen code, available from your song page. Nothing is mailed, you print it at home or at a print shop.

We deliver the recording and the lyrics. Chords and sheet music are not part of the song.

We do not sell CDs. Download the MP3 and burn it as an Audio CD from any computer.

Tell us what missed first, because a free revision fixes most of it and we stay on it with you until it is something you love. If it still misses after that, message us below and we look at it personally.

Every song is recorded twice from the same lyrics, voice and style. Version 1 is included, Version 2 is the optional alternate recording you can unlock from your song page. It is not a revision. A different genre, voice or words is the free revision.
