1What they typed into the form
They have been married for almost 54 years and were married when Diane was only 19 years old and Larry was 25. Larry bravely served his country in the Navy and fought in the Vietnam war. They met after he left the Navy. They had 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren. They raised our family while following the Lord, studying the bible and with honesty and integrity. One of their favorite activities is bible study, studying the Lord's word, and Larry teaches his grandchildren. They worked hard their whole lives and are an amazing team. Their love grows stronger with each passing year. Larry loves fishing and the lake. Diane loves cooking and making meals for family, grandchildren, and neighbors. Diane created the Christmas tradition of "The Giver". They take care of each other and are an example of how love and family should be. Their grandkids call them Gran D and Bumpa.

2The lyrics we wrote from it
They met after the Navy, when Diane was just nineteen, Larry, brave from Vietnam, the strongest she had seen. Through fifty-four years of laughter, of trials and of grace, With honesty and integrity, they've built a sacred place. Gran D and Bumpa, their love like a beacon shines, Guiding through the years, like the stars that align. With every lesson taught, and every meal shared, In their home, the Lord's wisdom and love have always cared. Larry loves the fishing, at the lake he finds his peace, While Diane in the kitchen, her love would never cease. -
