How TeTaTune works

You fill in a long form about the person: occasion, relationship, stories, style, voice. Then you pay, and the song is made and emailed to you as an MP3 with a lyric document, promised in "less than 72 hours". The first time you hear any of it, or read a single line of the lyrics, is after the charge. If something is off, you have up to two free revisions, and their refund policy states each revision "can take up to 7 days to be delivered", which matters when the party is on Saturday.

To their credit, they are open about how the songs are made: their pages describe AI generation with human musicians refining the result, at length and without hedging. The order flow itself is a normal Shopify purchase, and a full refund is available if you cancel before production begins. After delivery, the refund policy points to revisions rather than money back.

What the review numbers say

Their Trustpilot page shows 4.9 from 198 reviews. Three facts belong next to that number, all visible on the day we checked: the profile is unclaimed, the company has never replied to a review there, and Trustpilot's own banner notes the company has not invited customers to review, so the sample is self-selected. Separately, the review widget on their own site showed "Based on 1410 reviews" on the homepage and "Based on 1674 reviews" on the testimonials page on the same day, with different star breakdowns. None of this says the reviews are false; it says the numbers are not being tended, so read the reviews themselves rather than the averages.

How BeatJar works

You type a few sentences about the person. We write the lyrics, you read every line, you hear the whole song, and you pay from US$37.95 only if it is right. A wrong name is fixed before money moves, not in a seven-day revision window after it. The MP3 is yours to keep, and the delivery window is chosen at checkout rather than sold as an add-on.

What TeTaTune does better, fairly

The headline price is lower than almost anyone in the category, flash deal or not. The lyrics-video add-on is a genuinely nice packaged extra that most rivals do not offer. Spanish is orderable straight from the product page. And their openness about AI plus human musicians is more disclosure than several bigger competitors manage.
